Neely Shane Smith, 5, vanished during a rainy Feb. day, while out looking for a friend to play with. Wandering around the neighborhood without even a jacket, she must have been an easy target for serial killer Fred Coffey. Coffey snatched little Neely off the streets. Two months later, they found her body; or, rather, her head and ribcage.
